Question by Miss D: What could be the cause of having a terrible headache after orgasm?
Usually when I have a headache, orgasms make it feel better. But lately, after really intense orgasms, I get an excruciating headache on the right side of my head only. These are the worst headaches I have ever experienced, but they only last for 10-15 minutes. I don’t have a history of migraines or anything like that.

When you orgasams your muscles tend to clench up and constrict maybe that is why you head is hurting or it could be the excess amount of blood pumping through your body…if you are worried about it see a doctor.
